We made our way to Amsterdam from Brussels today…. this time around we managed to find the correct train car and not get scolded by the staff, unlike our first trip to Europe. We’re learning!
We walked all around Amsterdam, including parts of the famed red light district, and took a canal tour with a very personable young lady as our guide. I couldn’t get my camera to connect with my phone, so we’ll have to wait to share those photos…
We also got to visit the Rembrandt House Museum, which was amazing!! And I had delicious fish and chips plus real mint tea at the Rembrandt Cafe next door.
Tomorrow is a long travel day. If all goes well (fingers crossed!), we’ll be in Grindelwald, Switzerland by the evening. Signing off now to grab a bite, and hit the hay!
